Challenge Accepted: NO Prep Date Night In

After the Wildflower Festival, Neil and I were both exhausted even though we were only out in the sun for a few hours.

We were ready to do a straight shot home and get Kaya in her bed for her nap.  About halfway home (and a quarter mile past the last exit for food…) we realized we didn’t know what the heck we were going to make for dinner that night and didn’t think we had anything at home, at least off the top of our head.
